On 29 October 2026, a reception marking the 103rd anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Türkiye was held in the unique setting of the Kubicki Arcades at the Royal Castle in Warsaw.
At the invitation of His Excellency Mr Rauf Alp Denktaş, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Poland, and his wife, Mrs Rachel Denktaş, the ceremony was attended by Ms Nina Ryszka-Olbrychowska, Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Łódź. The event was also attended by Mr Marcin Bosacki, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The event was an opportunity to celebrate together one of the most important days in the history of Türkiye, and to highlight the lasting friendship, mutual respect and cooperation that unite Poland and Türkiye.
